All jewelry is handcrafted with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Do not hesitate to ask questions about an item before ordering - please read through all descriptions carefully. Please email any questions or requests for help with sizing to ljaklitsch@gmail.com.
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different on different monitors and devices.
Repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.
Returns are eligible for refund within 3 days of receipt, and store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt. All returns require pre-authorization via email and must be in original, unworn condition and properly packaged with tracking and insurance. Laura Jaklitsch Jewelry cannot be liable for loss or damage in transit. Custom orders and sale items are not returnable.
SHIPPING
In-stock items will ship within 3 business days, all other items are made to order and will ship in 7-14 business days. If for some reason your order is delayed, we will contact you ASAP. If you need your order rushed, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to expedite your order.
We offer both USPS Priority, USPS Express, and FedEx 2-day shipping options. Orders over $200 ship free. Please contact us before making an international order shipping outside the United States. International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Worldwide. Due to each individual country's customs and postal service, we are not responsible for packages damaged or lost once they are in transit. International buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, VAT, fees, customs, etc. that may be incurred.
